We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you're not satisfied with JarUp Premium.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at team.jarup@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund.

We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again
  • No refund will be issued for partial months

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscriptions older than 14 days
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Multiple refund requests (limited to one refund per customer)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
